Cancellation Policy
Tu Pasito Retreat Policies By submitting your payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies: Payments & Deposits All payments made toward Tu Pasito are non-refundable. Due to the nature of retreat planning, accommodations, transportation, staffing, and vendor commitments are secured in advance and cannot be recovered. Transfers Retreat spots may not be transferred to another participant without prior approval. Travel Requirements Participants are responsible for securing their own flights, travel documents, passport requirements, and any additional travel-related expenses unless otherwise stated. Travel Insurance Travel insurance is highly encouraged. We strongly recommend purchasing a policy that includes trip cancellation, delays, medical coverage, and unexpected emergencies. Rooming & Accommodations Unless single occupancy is purchased, participants should expect shared accommodations. Room assignments will be coordinated thoughtfully and with care. Participation & Responsibility Tu Pasito is designed to be a joyful, immersive, and community-centered experience. Participants are expected to engage respectfully with fellow attendees, local instructors, community members, and the spaces welcoming us in. While dance classes, excursions, and activities are guided and supported, participation is always voluntary. Guests are responsible for listening to and honoring their own bodies, needs, and limits throughout the experience. Itinerary Changes Occasionally, weather, local conditions, or unforeseen circumstances may require minor itinerary adjustments. We reserve the right to make changes when necessary while maintaining the overall integrity of the experience. Media Release Photos and videos may be captured throughout the retreat for promotional and community purposes. By attending, participants acknowledge that they may appear in shared content unless otherwise communicated in writing prior to the retreat. By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these policies.
